  1. Hello everyone. I'm a new guy. Be nice. I just received a used, 36" Smokey Mountain LPG smoker for Christmas and am I happy. It's an older unit but in really good shape. Looking forward to getting advise from all. Jeff has one heck of a thing going here. Just ordered his rub and can't wait to give it  try. 

    I've been using a Weber charcoal kettle for my smoking the past 20-ish years. What a treat propane is.

    I live about 20 miles north of Seattle but I'll guarantee I will be able to hear the crowd on Sunday when the Seahawks pound Greenbay. Superbowl, here we come......again!

    And by-the-way, meat is not the only thing we smoke these days in WA State. Just saw a commercial for a Bud & Breakfast. Wish I was 20 years younger.

    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
