Hi all

I just joined after searching this forum for a while now.  I have a chargriller  with a firebox that I am using as of right now.  Just really getting into smoking. Have done a dozen pork shoulders, couple whole chickens and 1 brisket.  Looking to build my own smoker real soon either out of a 60 gallon compressor tank or 265 gallon oil tank.  I will try to do a build thread when I start.
