Thanks for the fast intro work.

All I know about smoking is 'taste'. Totally new to production.

Up in Vancouver, and exploring:

-   getting a Bradley and pay for chips, or

-   go for a Smokey Mountain Electric unit and forgo crispiness

-    look at Weber Smokey Mountain and get used to charcoal.

sigh.

There are lots of friendly and knowledgeable folks here who really enjoy helping one another. Just ask any time you need help and you'll get plenty!

There are many members here who really love the WSM. They are very nice rigs...I don't think you could go wrong with one of those.
