Hello All!!  my name is Matt and i live in Southern Oregon.  I was recently introduced to Real BBQ'n and i absolutely love it!  i currently have a Thermos Grill that is connected to Natural Gas from the house..  pretty handy for the quick steak or burger dinners.  I just recently purchased (last night) a Brinkmann Smoke N' Pit Smoker...  I will be putting it together tonight and i look forward to Q'n up some Brisket all day friday!!!  

Like most of you, i think of BBQ'n as an art form and I'm excited for the trial/error and perfecting my own spin on things..  oh and Im excited to start EATING TOO!!!!  haha

I look forward to meeting everyone and sharing tips/suggestions!
