Hi everyone newbie  from Utah, been a member for awile, first time posting. I do alot of fishing from my boat and from the ice. I have a home built sst smoker with 2- 220 v electric range burners. I will post some pictures as soon as I figure out how to do all that? When I was a kid all I had was a string and a couple of tin cans to comunicate
