Hey all! I am sitting here in Lanexa,VA with my new GOSM smoker. Seasoned it yesterday and smoked some pork chops today. Glad I didn't invite anyone over. I have a lot to learn. Happy to have found this forum. My friend said smoking is addictive and I'm ready to jump in. Already signed up for the e-course. Let the fun begin!

I got my GSMO dialed in for making jerky, maintains at 165 and smokes like a freight train
