Newbie to the Forum

Hello,

I'm new to the forum, but I've been following Jeff's website for about 1 year. I live near Allentown, Pa. I've had a small smoker for over 8 years, but did only cheese and made my own mustard. Wife got me a new larger smoker for christmas and I've just started to really get involved into more smoking. I appriciatre all the tips and information on this site. Thanks to all of you!
