I've been a creeper on this site for about a month now. There is so much fantastic information on here I was blown away. On top of that, it's a very active community. Really cool. I've just begun my adventure on an ECB which I got off Craigslist. Made some mods, and I think I have it running pretty well. I've done a whole chicken, some wings and baby back ribs all recipes from here. I'll have to post my adventures going forward with some (much appreciated on this forum) q-view. Looking to do a chuck roast this weekend. Thanks for all the useful information that's posted which helps a newbie like me!
