Hi, Dean Palmer here from Arizona.  Just getting started into BBQ smoking.  I just purchased a Brinkman ECB and did the "Jeff Mod's".  Tried my first session over the weekend, cooking some chicken breasts as a trial run.  Worked out pretty well, but I think I got the rub layered on too thick.  They still turned out very edible.

I have a question about wood chips/chunks.  I made a chip box out of foil, with holes in the top and it did the job.  I am wondering if anyone with the ECB has found a chip box solution other than the aluminum foil?

Looking forward to my next smoke project.
