Hello everybody, I'm a retired electrician out of Local 481 in Indianapolis , Indiana. We currently live in Greenwood Indiana and spend most of the winter in Largo, FL. I love smoking on my AKORN Smoker / Grill. I have started a You Tube Channel with a lot of info and working on adding some great recipes, some of your favorites and some things you never thought about smoking
