Newbie Joining the Forum

Hello all,

Just adding my first thread to say hello and to say how excited I am to be here. I have used this site for the past 3 months to get started after purchasing my first smoker (GOSM 3695BGD) form a buddy. So far it has been a fantastic experience and I have already learned a ton. Have TriTips dialed in and working on getting the Pork Ribs to where I feel they need to be. Trying a Boston Butt for the first time today :).

Just wanted to say hello and thank you for all the shared knowledge. I hope to be adding value over the years too!
