Hello SMF,

I am currently working at a sustainable farm in Clearville, Pennsylvania specializing in pastured heritage breed pigs. We have close to 50 tamworth, Gloucester old spot, razorback cross pigs for sale and personal use. I recently built a smoker on farm and have been going through the process of smoking bacon, hot dogs, and ham with great success, being that winter still won't go away cold smoking is my preferred method right now, hoping someone can point me in the direction of some good cold smoking info.

Thanks, Eric
