Got a great deal on a Masterbuilt gas smokehouse. Got it seasoned as per the owners manual. Planning on a doing a pork tenderloin this Sunday to break it in. Always open to tips.

Ahhhh I love Mississippi I spent about 6 years there at NS Pascagoula and Ingalls Shipyard in the early 90's before Katrina obliterated Pascagoula. I have very fond memoies of that state. GL on the meals :<)

Haha 1st year I was on the Gulf Coast it snowed :<).. Imagine being on the beach playing in the snow lol was so strange. I spent the first 6 months in a small town called Leakesville kid you not. There were two cops who were brothers, a Cannon towel factory and a Prison.
