Newbie in MD

Just wanted to get my obligatory roll call post in and say hey. My name is John and I'm in Baltimore county in central MD. My wife just ordered me a MES 30 direct from Masterbuilt for my birthday. I heard of the deal from lurking as a guest, but decided to register now that I'm an actual owner. I can't wait to season it and crack into the world of smoking. First I have to wait for it to get here...
