Just joined, but i have been lurking and reading threads for a few months now. Got an MES40 from my mom and sister around thanksgiving as an early christmas present. I've done brisket, pulled pork, prime rib, tenderloin, and some fish so far. Love it! Thank you all for the advice through the different threads.

Being from cattle country its easy to get some good quality cuts of beef around here.

Welcome to the board! You can find a lot of ideas here, and please share your own. Use the Search here to look up your smoker and see how people use them.
 
Welcome aboard and enjoy the site. It looks like your set for awhile with vittles. I think I'm going to change my retirement plan to include Masterbuilt. It seems like allot new MES's are showing up on this forum.
