Newbie from western Mass

Hi all,

Got a Landmann 2 drawer for Christmas, just used it today. Looking forward to trying out all the great recipes and tips I've found here. Did a pork roast, chicken, and bulbs of garlic. Everything turned out great. Used info from the forum to get it all done - Thanks for all the info!!
