New here, from Saskatchewan, Canada. Just bought a Napoleon Prestige 500 Deluxe, getting hooked up to ng tomorrow. Will try some smoking on it but probably mostly grilling. Have never smoked before so will be a long learning curve.

I just stared smoking this spring. I have found out the biggest challenge is getting and keeping the moker at the perferred temp.

WELCOME and good luck smoking.

The learning curve actually isn't all that high when you have a community such as this to walk you through the process. Take a look at Jeff's 5 day course and ask any questions it doesn't answer. You will be smokin' with the best of 'em in no time!
