Hi all! I'm Steve from Indiana. I've have used this site a lot and have got a lot of good information. I love cooking outside, rather it be on a grill, open fire or most recently a Cajun Cooker Electric Smoker! I have had the smoker a little over a year now and have smoked a wide variety of meats....pork butts and beer can chicken being my favorites!
