Newbie from South Jersey

I already posted a question on here recently and just saw this. Figured I'd post here too. Started smoking a few months ago and love every minute of it. So far I've done wings, ribs, pork tenderloin, and turkey breasts. Still have a lot of learning to do but I've already learned a lot just reading threads on here. South Jersey ten minutes from Philly. I work for Amtrak.
