Been visiting the forum for about a year now, maybe less and have always found great recipes and a great community. Have never posted and I figured an introduction would be a good first post. I live in San Francisco, downtown area and have been here for about 10 years now. I am originally from the DFW area of Texas. I have an electric smoker from Smokin-it that holds about 22 pounds and small weber which can hold one tri tip, as it is not easy to have much else in the city. My favorite smokes right now are pork shoulder, chicken wings, and ribs. I love a good homemade BBQ sauce and I love a good amount of heat in most of my food. I do plan on getting a little San Franciscany with it things sometime and trying out some interesting/weird stuff... haha. Hopefully I will be able to post a recipe or two on here for you guys soon.
