Newbie from PDX

Greetings!  I'm a long time bbq-er and smoker of things, and I've learned a lot from Jeff's newsletter, and LOVE his recipes!

I've got this idea for munchies to have during the Super-Bowl on Sunday. Has anyone any idea how to smoke lutefisk? For those who don't know, it's "the piece of cod that passeth all understanding", and something only a Scandihoovian could love. But, I've never heard of anyone smoking it. It couldn't hurt!

I'm sure you could if you wanted to. Either cold smoked or hot I'm sure it wouldn't do anything but prove the taste! I'm not much if a lutefisk fan, but have had my share put in front if me when my grandfather was alive.

Welcome to the forum. This is a great group here. You will have a lot of fun. So , are you from Portland ? I looked up PDX and it showed Portland airport.
