Hi everyone

I recently purchased a Big Green Egg to compliment my Weber BBQ, after reading all the threads for the last six months. I am hoping to discover the sciene of smoking ribs and roast that seems to be near and dear to many of your hearts!!! Look forward to reading all the interesting threads.
