Hey everyone, new to posting here, been lurking for well over a year. Got my first smoker last year, the ole Home Depot Masterbuilt $200 special. Nothing fancy, but a great learning tool. I tend to smoke every day off I get. Brisket, pulled pork, whole chickens, ribs. Even apples, peaches and cheesecakes. I'm in eastern Ontario, Canada. Just pulled the smoker out from winter hibernation yesterday. Finally, it's been a long winter. Anyhow, looking forward to sharing my cooks and learning as much as possible from everyone here. Thanks!
