Hello,
New to the smoker lifestyle and new to the forum. We are from Riverview New Brunswick Canada, married with a newborn in the house along with 2 cats and my awesome Boston Terrier Angus. We are avid outdoor people and camp quite often, both as a family and also as a Scout Master which is where my love of the wood smoke taste has been instilled. I have been a fan of cooking and grilling and decided it was time to add smoking to the repertoir. I am starting out with a Brinkman barrel style, a Bradley 4 rack digital as well as a cheap Charbroil. Found a lad moving away and sold all three for $100.00 so now I don't have any excuse not to jump in and start smoking anything and everything edible.
So far I have done back ribs, pork tenderloins and pork loins. Now going on to brined roaster chickens and this summer going to try to smoke fish.
I'm pretty sure I'll have lots of help, support, recipes and suggestions from you all here.
