I have been reading articles on this forum for some time, and recently finished building a new smoker that I have been designing in my mind for years. So I just wanted to sign up and share what I have done with others. I am in the middle tennessee area. I have made a lot of smoked venison jerky over the years, and have played around with making sausage but never really had the proper equipment to do it right, but now that I have my new smoker working I am hoping to begin making more and different varieties of sausage.
I posted some pictures of my smoker under the profile page, and have started a thread under the smoker builds, I will try to post some pics to that thread.
