Newbie from Louisiana

Hi I am new to this site and just wanted to introduce myself. I currently have a homemade smoker I fuel with charcoal and considering adding temp controlled propane burner. My main use right now for the smoker is to smoke homemade sausage. But when I get it modified will try to put to other uses .
