My name is Roger, and I am from Kentucky. Just bought my first smoker. Think my first attempt will be something simple like smoked burgers and mac and cheese. Seen recipes for both on Jeff's site. Oh yeah, I purchased his rub and sauce recipes as well.

Welcome from SC, Roger. It's good to have you on this great site. You have a great start with Jeff's recipes. They are very user friendly and you can tweak them to suit your personal taste. The next thing that you need is the 5-day ecourse. It's free and gives you some very good starting tips.
