Hi all, my name is Charlie and I'm from eastern Kansas. Im a 24 year old student currently working on an A.S in Buisness Adminstration from a juinor college. I was born and raised in south Texas so I like to say that i have bbq sauce flowing through my veins! I enjoy cooking and want to start smoking meat more. I currently only have a 24" long charbroil charcoal grille (not the one with the firebox) so i know im severely limited to what I can do. Id like to purchase a real smoker but times are tough right now. Can anyone provide tips for using a grille like this for smoking?
