I found this site searching for a new and exciting "butt rub", yes the boston butt; although I'm sure there are "butts" where you live. I've been smoking on the pit at my convenience store here in Georgia for over 20 years only for friends and enjoyment, and hope to get things going at much better pace; spelled making money from the sale of "butt", ribs, etc. After searching for quite some time, I just ordered a new mobile smoker, capable of holding about 300 lbs of meat. I plan to experement quite a bit, as I'm in no hurry and want to get things right. Anyway, thanks for this informative site and I am happy to read, and will appreciate any and all suggestions.
