Newbie From Houston Texas Area

Hey Folks,
I am new here. My nickname is Chuck. I just ordered a "Big Block" by GOSM??
I would give myself an 8 on the "handiness" scale ( have a drill press, grinding equip, torch etc). My hobbies are hunting and fishing all over North and South America.
I've done a little smoking but ALLOT of grilling.
I'm just looking for ideas and help cranking out some tasty meals!!

Hi Chuck! 

 to SMF!!! I also have a GOSM but mine is the widebody. I think you are really going to like it though you might have to do some mods to it to get working really good, no big deal and very inexpensive. You can use the "search" function at the top and get lot's of great info about the GOSM's and all propane smokers. Glad you found us and you are at the right place to learn everything you want!

Hey Southernsausage,

Mostly Argentina and bird hunting.  Check this photo out, 8000 doves we shot (6 guy) in 3 hours. If you're interested in others, I have photos from all over the world! GREAT eatin'!
