Newbie from Elkins, WV!

Greetings all - I'm the proud owner of a Meadow Creek SQ36, bought for me by my lovely wife this last Christmas.  I've mainly been smoking ribs for the past few months (and I've put on 15 pounds to prove it), but am looking forward to expanding and  learning from everyone here.  I've been lurking on and off and figured it was time to take the plunge and register.

My other passion is hot peppers.  I've been growing Bhut Jolokias (Ghost Peppers)  and several other super hots for a couple of years now.  Last night I actually smoked some habaneros, ghost peppers and trinidads .... and they turned out glorious.
