Hi Folks, my name is Jerry and I was invited to this site by a friend who just sent me a picture of his latest creation. I asked for the recipe and he did me one better - sent me the link to this forum. I am ready to try some new recipes in my smoker and learn how to do it right from you guys. I need to know a lot more about wood so I am looking forward to doing some research. I have a small 40 acre farm in East Tennessee and enjoy fishing, boating, hunting 4 wheeling, and just about anything outdoors. My hunting is rusty so I plan to spend some time honing those skills including a bird hunting trip to Texas in October.
