Hey everyone. I decided to buy the Masterbuilder Propane Smoker this past weekend. I’ve always been intrigued about smoking but never pulled the trigger to buy one. Glad I finally did! Seeing I have never smoked something on a smoker, figured I would join to learn a few tips and tricks. Yesterday afternoon I did a very basic dry rub on some wings and smoked them for a little over an hour. After taking them out and letting them sit for a few, the first bite was terrible. The skin was like shoe leather. Like I stated I’m ready to start smoking many different foods so any tips or tricks would be great!

Welcome from your northern New England neighbor in VT.
