Newbie from Connecticut

Hello World.

I'm new to the smoking world I picked up a MES 30" at cabela's when they were on sale a few weeks ago, I've done ribs,turkey,lamb, brisket so far and I'm looking to do a chicken tonight.

as for myself, I like long walks on the beach, sun sets, and unicorns, also smoked meat, bourbon, beer, and Firearms. I might not be the biggest fan of unicorns.
