Hi, my name is Nate and I love learning and talking about different ways of preparing and eating meat. I am a web developer and I have a friend who is a butcher and I recently created a blog and a forum for him. Keeping the traditions of old school meat markets while also taking an interest in modern ethical, and sustainable butchery techniques is especially interesting to me.
