Hey SMF boardmates, I am from Baltimore(yeah I'll figure out how to smoke a crab later), and I just put together my Traeger BBQ155 this morning. Work schedule won't allow me to fire it up until this weekend. Following Bearcarver and looking forward to doing a Prime Rib after I test a yardbird or 2. Have a leg o lamb in the freezer, but not boneless and will be looking for suggestions about that later. Have a Brinkman Gas 4burner, Weber 22" Charcoal turkey fryers etc. Glad to be here.
