Hi my name is Dennis I live in central Vermont. In a quite country town (Saxtons River). I have a store bought combination grill/smoker my kids found for me. I have modified the smoker, as it is nothing like stock anymore. LOL.  I am building a ugly drum smoker with my own little twist on it. I will be making a bigger cooker in the future so I can do whole hogs. I am looking forward to making some new friends and hopefully sharing thoughts and idea's with each other.
