Hi all.  New to SMF as a member, but have been a longtime lurker/reader.

I'm from good ole WI, own a new UDS (see my first post if you can help!)

and a MBE smoker.  love the electric, but i need REAL smoke on my butts!!  i'm hopin yall can get me there!
