Hey guys and gals,
I bought a Dyna Glo vertical offset recently. I read a lot of reviews and used the RTV and nomex gaskets for the doors. I've already seasoned the smoker and had my first cook. I was very happy with it.
I was wondering if anyone else has used this unit and added a baffle or ceramic blocks to help keep the temps even from top to bottom. Also has anyone modded the chimney? I'm really loving this unit so far and excited for many more cooks.
