Hey ya'll,
I'm new to smoking, actually just picked up, assembled, and seasoned my Master Forge Propane Smoker from Lowe's this evening. I'm located in Sault Ste. Marie, MI where it is currently a balmy 30 degrees. I've experiment with some smoke and indirect heat on my grill with good results but am really looking forward to doing a pork butt tomorrow. Hopefully the 6" of snow in the forcast doesn't put a damper on it.
Thanks already for all the ideas and advice I've pulled from the forum over the last few months while shopping for a smoker.
Tony
