Wanted to share the pulled and sliced pork i did for new years with this great bunch of smokers. Thanks for the help and inspiration.

So started my day at 4:30 am got the grill started and warmed up to 270 degrees. And placed these on the grill with cherry and mesquite chips.

Big one is about 7 lbs little is about 5 lbs. on the grill at about 5 am.

Pulled off the grill at 165 and in the pan with apple juice and covered with foil.

My little reindeer helper-helperton. Daddies little smoker buddy. Loves the bark.

Wrapped and probed

Pulled out at 207 degrees literally falling apart. Wrapped in foil and in the cooler at 3pm.

No pictures of it all pulled but it was awsome.

The little one was left in foil unitl and fridge until the next day when i sliced it for sandwiches it was out of this world and daughter was clamoring for bark.

Thawing out another set for this thursday.

Looks great Jerry
