I have an 8lbs brisket, 3 St. Louis ribs and rib tips in my Mak 2 star. I used wolf rub on the ribs and oakridge on the brisket.

All these pictures are making me hungry and it's not even noon. Looking great!

Not familiar with the wolf rubs though.
 
Some grilled rib tips and jerk chicken for appetizer.
