I dont have a question or anything, just wanted to share the fact that i just bought my second wsm. i currently have a 22.5'' so this time i bought the 18.5'' model.

no reason for the change, i love big bro of the two, just wanted another one thats all. ive got a guru hookup for both which is an AMAZING product by the way.

i think ill go ahead and burn some pork butt trimmings in her tonight and this sunday ill do 2 10# butts and a brisky on the big boy. and do some chicken thies on the new one, just found out how to get the bite thru skin the pros always talk about so im pretty excited!! ill be sure to post some picturez of the progress.

Congrats on the new addition to the fam damily.  Good call on the burn in/seasoning, too.

Thanks for sharing

I am thinking of starting my endeavours in smoking with a WSM.

So I am new and was wondering, we only get the 18.5" model in Australia and not the big brother.

Will that be suffice?

Or would you recommend to get the bigger one?

Congrats on the new WSM; recently I won a 22.5 and just received it this week, planning a couple of pork butts this weekend also!
