New weapon for the arsenal !

Well the wife bought me another new grill for Christmas to add to my Arsenal of cooking weapons ! It's a quisinart 360 degree flat top griddle ! Probably won't get to use it till spring but looking forward to breakfast on the patio bacon eggs pancakes ! I am sure I will find many other uses for it ! Does anybody have one ???
