I have been reading this forum off an on for a while. There is a lot of good information here and am looking forward to being member here.
I am retired and have been smoking and doing bbq for a long time. I'm sure I will learn a lot here.
I have a Backwoods party, 2 ceramic cookers, Masterbuilt electric smoker, a cold smoker made from hickory, and a wood fired oven.
I live in south/east TN.
