New user and fairly new to smoking

Hi All,

I just got a new smoker and wanted to join the forum to learn more about smoking meat and other possibilities. I just bought a Smoke Hollow Pro Series from Sams Club in the US. I have used a Big Chief in the past to smoke Salmon I have caught but I have never smoked any beef, cheese, etc and I am looking forward to doing so!
