Well I know I haven't posted on been on in a while, but the wife has me busy around here most of the time and it is football season...lol... Go Steelers. Went and bought a 22.5" Weber Smokey Mountain and did a quick season on it Saturday and then some ribs yesterday and they turned out pretty darn good in my opinion....lol...... here is a few pictures.

Thanks Disco, so far I have very impressed with it, I want to do either a brisket or pork shoulder to see how well it holds the temp and how much fuel I use on a long smoke.
