New to UDS and New to Smoking Meat Forums

Hello!

I got into smoking meat about a year ago on a traeger pellet grill from Home Depot! When you move to Texas, you try to learn to smoke meat! I recently wanted something more hands on and ordered a UDS smoker from Smoker Builder MFG. I wish I could have had the time and the space to build my own UDS but grateful for the guys who helped at Smoker Building MFG for the custom smoker. Looking forward to reading about all your experiences with UDS and any tips would be appreciated!
