WOW! This site is awesome, I look forward to trying many of these techs and sharing some of my own. I have a GOSM that my brother gave me and have been making sausage out of my geese, ducks and anything else that I have killed....I love it. I was checkin out the Fatteys sections and tried on last weekend, I am hooked.
