Hey all,

   I have been smoking for years and just going to different forums.  I live in Northwest Oregon and travel through the west.  I love my pellet smokers.  I have a traeger trailer and two mak grills.  We raise buffalo and love to smoke all meats.  I look forward to talking to people from all over.
